NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Non-Jury Trial dated May 11,2015 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002540 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL P. MORGAN, ET AL, are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 10, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
