NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001295 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SIERRA LAINE CAPITAL is the Plaintiff and ROBERT W. GOODRICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. GOODRICH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1640, THIRTY-THIRD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 17, 17A THROUGH 17N, INCLUSIVE, OF THE RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
