NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 010333 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR17 TRUST is Plaintiff and PATIENCE SHARP; WILLIAM SHARP; KEVIN SHAFFER; LUANN SHAFFER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; PNC BANK, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 10th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 5, ST. ARMANDS DIVISION OF JOHN RINGLING ESTATES, INC, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
