Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 30, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 170, UNIT 4, MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 10, 10A AND 10B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4810 ROCKING HORSE LN, SARASOTA, FL 34241; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
