Apartment Unit No. 201, WATERSIDE MANOR, OF WHISPERING SANDS CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE, SECTION FOUR, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 798, Pages 60 through 73, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 27 and 27A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 199 Whispering Sands Drive #201 Sarasota FL 34242.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on June 25, 2015. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
