NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-004760-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Secretary of Veterans Affairs of Washington D.C., Plaintiff and Irwin M. Alexis and Sheila A. Alexis a/k/a Sheila Alexis, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, CENTER GATE WOODS, UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE (S) 37, 37A AND 37B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
