NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004825 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and Steven A. Dwyer; Brenda A. Dwyer; The Inlets Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12, THE INLETS, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1586, PAGE 2011, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 31, 31A, AND 31B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
