Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 10, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
UNIT 28, CAPTIVA GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1193, PAGE 1047, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 9 AND 9A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2943 CAPTIVA GDNS, SARASOTA, FL 34231; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 8, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
