NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005132 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST ON BEHALF OF THE JPMAC 2006-CW1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and DEBORAH J. FLAHERTY; MICHAEL FLAHERTY, are defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 25th day of June, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 15, MANASOTA GARDENS, AS PER THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
