CORNER OF LOT 35, PARADISE SHORES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 80 AND 80A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 8Ëš 20' 00” W A DISTANCE OF 129 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTH BANK OF A CANAL; THENCE SOUTH 74° 15' 00” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BANK OF SAID CANAL, A DISTANCE OF 124 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH BANK OF SAID CANAL; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG THE SOUTH BANK OF SAID CANAL IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION 16 FEET, MORE OR LESS, AND IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION 16 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT WHERE THE SOUTH BANK OF SAID CANAL INTERSECTS THE EAST SHORES OF SARASOTA BAY AND THAT BEARS NORTH 14Ëš 50' 00” WEST ALONG THE SHORES OF SARASOTA BAY, A DISTANCE OF 68 FEET; MORE OR LESS, FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 35; THENCE SOUTH 14° 56' 00” EAST ALONG THE SHORES OF SARASOTA BAY A DISTANCE OF 68 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 35; THENCE NORTH 76° 20' 00” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 119 FEET TO A POINT THAT BEARS NORTH 8Ëš 20' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 66.2 FEET FROM A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE TURNAROUND AT THE WEST END OF BLUE HERON DRIVE; THENCE SOUTH 8Ëš 20' 00” EAST A DISTANCE OF 66.2 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE TURNAROUND AT THE WEST END OF BLUE HERON DRIVE; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TURNAROUND, A DISTANCE OF 31.4 FEET (MEASURED ON AN ARC) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & Gache LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
