Schulman, Heidi B. Schulman a/k/a Heidi Schulman a/k/a Heidi B. Krum, Tidewater Finance Company, Trading As Tidewater Credit Services And Tidewater Motor Credit, Summerwood Homeowners Assocaition of Sarasota, Inc., United States of America Department of Treasury, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Randy Smith,, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
