NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008099 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, formerly known as World Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Branch Banking and Trust Company, Brooke OMalley also known as Brooke O'Malley also known as Brooke C. OMalley also known as Brooke C. O'Malley, Citibank, N.A., Tenant #1 n/k/a Valerie St. John, United States of America, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
