Notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 2332, Sarasota Springs, Unit no. 19, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Plat Book 9, pages 78, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 14, 2015, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
