NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004817 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and JAMES BLANCHARD A/K/A JAMES BLANCHARD SR. AKA JAMES R. BLANCHARD; FIA CARD SERVICES, NA FKA BANK OF AMERICA; KAREN BLANCHARD A/K/A KAREN F. BLANCHARD and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 32, SOUTH GATE, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
