NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 02, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-000770 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SEATTLE BANK, Plaintiff and CHARLES C. MARTIN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST 3588, ET.AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , JUNE 30, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
