NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-10067 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and DAVID W. CLARK, KIMBERLY S. CLARKAKA KIMBERLY KLINGER CLARK, PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., STONEBRIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JANE DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of June, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 108, Stonebridge Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page(s) 41, 41A through 41E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
