NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000270-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and GEORGE KENNEY A/K/A GEORGE T. KENNEY, ISLES OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PAUL ROBERTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE KENNEY A/K/A GEORGE T. KENNEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of June, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 429, ISLES OF SARASOTA, Unit 2C according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 19, 19A through 19F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
