NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2015, and entered in Case No.: 2015 CA 000381 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 11-D, DOLPHIN TOWER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Pages 269 through 387, inclusive, amended in Official Record Book 1069, Page 290, and in Official Record Book 1069, Pages 310 to 322, inclusive, re-recorded in Official Record Book 1069, Pages 1652 to 1688, inclusive, and amended in Official Records Book 1069, Page 327, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on July 1, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
