NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006745 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Cecil E. Evers, Sr. and Beth B. Evers are the Plaintiffs and ERIC R. FLETCHER; BONNIE J. FLETCHER;UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, VILMA P. FALLACARO, STATE OF FLORIDA, and FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auction at 9:00AM on June 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block E, COFFMAN MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 15, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
