ASKINS III; PATRICIA E. ASKINS; FIFTH THIRD BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

THE NORTH HALF OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: COMMENCING FIVE (5) FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 44, ACCORDING TO THE REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA SUBDIVISION AND THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 243 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 25 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST 242 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE WATER OF BAYOU NETTIE; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WATERS OF BAYOU NETTIE A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WEST 234 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL OF LAND BEING 100 FEET WIDE BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS AND WATER PRIVILEGES BELONGING OR APPERTAINING THERETO.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
