NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1st day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 007340 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST FRANK E. ERICKSON, DECEASED; ROSEMARIE ERICKSON A/K/A ROSEMARIE CROUSE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 9TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
