NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No.: 2014 CA 005059NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit PH-12, RENAISSANCE 1, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2001000167, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 34, Page 39, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
