NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 002438 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KEITH KEPNER A/K/A KEITH W. KEPNER A/K/A KEITH WESLEY KEPNER, DECEASED; ET AL are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 am, July 8, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
