NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001006 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ROWENA C MERCADO; SOLANO MERCADO; HERON CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A KYLE MERCADO are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 am on the 28th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 829, OF HERON CREEK, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
