NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005506 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and DALE A. MARDEN; MARY E. MARDEN, are defendants. Karen Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, THE MEADOWS, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 9, 9A THROUGH 9D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
