NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003304 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-FRE1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and TINA MARIE JOHNSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 1, OF SOUTHRIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE(S) 12 AND 12A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THIS PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO THAT CERTAIN SECURITY DEED FROM TINA MARIE JOHNSON TO OPTION ONE MORTGAGE DATED 17TH DAY JUNE, 2004 IN THE AMOUNT OF $98,800.00, AND RECORDED SIMULTANEOUSLY HEREWITH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
