NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in 2013 CA 6721 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY PENDARVI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block C, Hartland Park, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida-Property Address 1856 Tulip Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34239.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
