LOT 7, BLOCK 46, UNIT 87, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, AS PER REPLAT OF AN AMENDED PLAT OF UNITS 83 THROUGH 87, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 82 AND 82A THROUGH 82- F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
