NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 005685 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-RS2 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J. FORSTEN; MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF PARCEL 66, MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 19 AND 19A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
