NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 007107 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ERNESTO CALDERON; OLIVIA DOMINGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNESTO CALDERON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLIVIA DOMINGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEING PART OF LOT 375 AND 376, UNIT 3, EASTWOOD SUBDIVISION; COMMENCE AT THE FRONT COMMON CORNER BETWEEN LOTS 374 AND 375; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 266.79', FOR A P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID ARC 80.13'; THENCE N 3° 45'51”W, 146:50'; THENCE S 89°48'01”E, 38.16'; THENCE S 20°58'17”E, 138.10' TO THE P.O.B., BEING A PART OF LOTS 375 AND 376. AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 81 AND 81 A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
