Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2008 CA 004443 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and MARILYN STRUBLE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 463, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 23rd day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
