NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, and entered in 2012-CA-007158, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and Michael Hertel, Kristen M. Hertel, Branch Banking and Trust Company, Chestnut Creek Master Association, Inc., Equable Ascent Financial, LLC and CACH, LLC, are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on July 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
