NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23rd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000140 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-2 is Plaintiff and WANATAMIA HUDSON; WILLIAM HUDSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CEDAR GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 28th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C, FIRST ADDITION TO CEDAR GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
