NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 09, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-002182 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-WF11, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and BELINDA A FISCHER; E PAUL FISCHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
