NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004804 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2007QS8 is the Plaintiff and Maria Tur; Sergey Tur; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 500, OF 11TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 2, 2A THROUGH 2I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
