Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated April 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 008795 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, BY PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SERVICER WITH DELEGATED AUTHORITY UNDER THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS is the Plaintiff, and RUSSELL B. HUTCHINS, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2416 OF 49TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 1 AND 1A THROUGH 1TT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 4th day of August, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
