Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2014-CC-005133-NC, in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following real property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit E-7, Building E, CORDOVA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1304, Page 1463, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, Page 44, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on AUGUST 5, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
