NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 30, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 002766 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and JEANNIE BOYD A/K/A JEAN BOYD; THOMAS L. GATCHELL; MARGARETTE GATCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNIE BOYD A/K/A JEAN BOYD; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of July, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, ARCHIBALD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
