NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002502-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust, Series 2005-S001, is the Plaintiff and Gilbert Wilson Sr. also known as Gilbert Wilson, Patricia F. Wilson, Strathmore Riverside Villas Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
