NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006819 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and PATRICK J. MCGEEVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK J. MCGEEVER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; WESTLAKE ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, WESTLAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 7, AND 7A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
