NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2nd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001868 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS is Plaintiff and MARK ERIC ANATRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK ERIC ANATRA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND 18, BLOCK A, WREN'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
