NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006944 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Sandra M. Zannino; Hidden Lake Village of Sarasota, Inc.; Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank; Current Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 2716A, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/254TH INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1368, PAGE 1482, AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
