NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001315 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Sparta GP Holding REO Corp., is the Plaintiff and Nancy Kruse Stratton f/k/a Nancy A. Burns a/k/a Nancy Burns a/k/a Nancy A. Stratton, Mark Stratton, Bank of America, N.A., MJRA Corporation, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
