NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006970 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and LOREN L. JENKINS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; CAROLYN JENKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1015, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 16, 16A AND 16B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
