LOT 23, CARNEY'S SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Gary Gassel, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2191 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida 34237 on or before the 17 day of August, 2015. and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
