NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005750 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3CB, is the Plaintiff and RANDY A. DAVIS, KELLEY A. DAVIS a/k/a KELLEY DAVIS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AMERICAN BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS SUPPLY COMPANY, d/b/a TOWN & COUNTRY INDUSTRIES, COUNTRYWIDE BANK, DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A. n/k/a BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on August 11, 2015, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2578, 51st ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, at Pages 8, 8A through 8GG, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
