NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2014-CA-000067-XXXANC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2005-FR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR3 is Plaintiff, and EDGAR W. GAY, JR. A/K/A EDGAR GAY, JR. A/K/A EDGAR W. GAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDGAR W. GAY, JR. A/K/A EDGAR GAY, JR. A/K/A EDGAR W. GAY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1B; UNKNOWN TENANT #2A; UNKNOWN TENANT #2B; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of August, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK E, RESUBDIVISION OF TAMIAMI PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
