YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil cause of action has been filed against you, LEIGH BRANCH. The nature of the cause of action being filed against you is for foreclosure of a Claim of Lien against the following real property:
Units 7 & 8, Phase 2, 47th Street Industrial Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records, as Instrument No. 1999129237-55 pages, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, pages 38-38A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, If any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is: Alexander G. Paderewski, Esquire Paderewski, Dannheisser & Flaherty, P.A. 1834 Main Street Sarasota, FL 34236 (941) 366-5150 on or before August 17, 2015, and fife the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
