NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 009122 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT PARTICIPATION TRUST 2011-NPL2, Plaintiff, and ERIC A. FREEMAN;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, 20, AND 21, BLOCK 318, 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, 33A THROUGH 33R, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
