STEPHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEDERICK G. STEPHENS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

FROM THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND THE RANGE LINE IN THE CENTER OF THE OLD BRADENTON ROAD, RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE QUARTER QUARTER LINE 687.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING RUN WEST 134 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 132 FEET; THENCE EAST 134 FEET, THENCE NORTH 132 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS LOTS 3 AND 4, AS PER SURVEY THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 304, PAGE 574 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK “A”, RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 16, ARMSTRONG ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 304, PAGE 574, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
